By accessing, downloading, installing, or using myPAS (the "Application", "App", "Service"), available at mypas.app, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use the Application.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and myPAS ("we", "us", "our", "the Developer"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Application after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
myPAS is a personal account statement management tool that allows users to track lending, borrowing, and gold transactions across multiple currencies (AED, INR, and Gold). The Application is provided as a free tool for personal, non-commercial use.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Application or any content therein.
When using myPAS in local/offline mode, all data is stored exclusively on your device (in your browser's local storage or as a downloaded JSON file). We do not collect, access, store, transmit, or process any of your personal data or financial information. We have no ability to view, retrieve, or recover your locally stored data under any circumstances.
When you choose to sign in with Google, myPAS uses the Google Drive API to store your data in a hidden application-specific folder within your own Google Drive account. This data is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not operate any servers that store, process, or have access to your data. The sync occurs directly between your browser and Google's servers. We have no ability to access, view, modify, or retrieve your Google Drive data.
Your data is protected by a password you create. Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 and are never stored in plain text. We do not have access to your password. During account setup, you are required to set a security question and answer for password recovery. If you forget your password, you can reset it by correctly answering your security question. The security answer is also hashed and stored securely. If you did not set a security question or cannot answer it correctly, your data cannot be recovered by us or any third party. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your password and security answer.
We do not collect, store, process, sell, share, or transmit any personal information, financial data, transaction records, party information, or any other user data. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not employ analytics, advertising trackers, or any third-party data collection tools. The Application operates entirely client-side in your web browser.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
